W. Tucker Norton

W. Tucker Norton joined Coker Law’s team of elite personal injury attorneys in the summer of 2024. He earned his undergraduate degree from Elon University, where he played NCAA Division I baseball, and went on to graduate from Florida State University College of Law, where he was a member of the prestigious FSU Trial Team.

Tucker began his legal career as a prosecutor in Tampa, Florida, before joining Coker Law Personal Injury Lawyers. As a prosecutor, Tucker handled some of the highest caseloads in the State of Florida and quickly rose to circuit court, where he handled felony level offenses ranging from drug trafficking to aggravated battery. His time serving the citizens of Tampa gave him a comprehensive understanding of the impact a trial lawyer can have on the lives of others, particularly those impacted by someone else’s actions.

Carrying on the legacy of his father, Attorney Bill Norton, Tucker is putting his skills and expertise in the courtroom to work as a personal injury plaintiff’s attorney, helping those who have been hurt by others put their lives back together after life-altering circumstances.

Tucker is a member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), the Chester Bedell American Inn of Court, the Jacksonville Justice Association, and the Jacksonville Bar Association (JBA).
