Mr. Daniel Iracki is a dynamic, principled and results-driven attorney, combining impressive courtroom prowess with unparalleled attention to detail. Not only is he the youngest named partner in Coker Law Personal Injury Lawyers 45-year history, he is one of the youngest Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyers in the state of Florida, a “legal expert” designation marking the highest level of competence and expertise.

He has been continuously board certified in civil trial law since 2013. He currently serves on the Florida Bar’s Civil Trial Certification Committee and the Executive Counsel for the Florida Bar’s Trial Lawyer’s Section.

In 2018, he was invited into a fellowship for the most prestigious organization of trial lawyers that exists in America: the International Academy of Trial Lawyers (IATL). He currently serves on the International Relations Committee, Admissions Committee and Board of Directors.

IATL represents more than 30 countries and limits its membership to just 500 lawyers throughout the entire United States – less than 1/10 of 1% of all of the lawyers practicing in America. The meetings that the Academy holds, around the country and the world, have provided Mr. Iracki a network of trial lawyers of great note that has significantly broadened his ability to select expert witnesses, as well as share up-to-date litigation and cutting-edge trial techniques.

Fellowship is by invitation only, and trial lawyers are invited to become Fellows only after an extremely careful vetting process. Mr. Iracki is the youngest from Florida and second youngest in the United States to be selected as an IATL fellow. In 2024, he was invited into fellowship in the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL).

Composed of the best of trial bar from across the U.S. and Canada, fellowship is extended by invitation only and only after careful investigation, to trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Mr. Iracki is also a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Mr. Iracki has tried more than 80 civil jury trials, resulting in combined total judgments and verdicts of over $135 million, with more than 22 multi-million dollar verdicts. He plays a critical role within the firm, guiding strategy and decision making and mentoring associate attorneys. A dedicated member of the community, Mr. Iracki serves as a champion for children’s issues, specifically for the Child Cancer Fund.He also volunteers his time and knowledge as a pro bono attorney for the American Bar Association Military Pro Bono Project.

Prior to joining Coker Law, Mr. Iracki clerked for the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps at Fort McPherson and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida. He also served as a legal advisor for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, is trained in law enforcement, and spent five years as a volunteer firefighter in Pittsburgh, PA.

Prior to law school, Mr. Iracki received his Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in political science from Duquesne University, where he played middle linebacker on their NCAA Division I-AA football team, winning the NCAA Division I-AA Mid-Major National Football Championship in 2003. Outside of work, Mr. Iracki and his wife Amy try to keep up with the active lifesyles of their four boys, Hudson, Bear, McLane and Wells.
