A Word On Fees

Many of our clients experience financial devastation as a result of the injuries they have suffered. In most cases, our firm works on what is called a contingency fee. This means you do not pay fees for your case upfront, but rather a percentage of your award or settlement is the compensation we receive for working on your behalf. We must be successful in order to be paid. This arrangement is discussed and agreed to upfront with each new client who asks for our representation.
