“Ours is a nation founded on principles of due process. It bothers me when an American is getting a raw deal and I like to do what I can to right some of the wrongs. I can’t change it all, and I can’t change it for everybody, but for one person who needs help I can provide that assistance.”

David Milton is an associate in our firm. During law school, he clerked with the firm. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, we were happy to welcome him as a permanent part of our legal team.
Mr. Milton focuses his practice on serious personal injury and wrongful death. While in school he was selected as a law student member of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court, the Jacksonville chapter of the American Inns of Court. Mr. Milton’s participation in the Inn allowed him to improve his advocacy skills and increase his awareness of professional and ethical issues. While a member of the Inn, he was able to speak with and learn from some of the most respected judges and lawyers in Jacksonville. The skills he honed as a member of the Inn serve the interests of his clients today. He is committed to promoting the welfare of the public by protecting the rights of truly deserving individuals. This commitment stems from his desire to make the city of Jacksonville a better, safer place for his family – for all families – to live.
Mr. Milton is convinced of the need for corporate, as well as personal, integrity and accountability. This conviction makes him an unrelenting advocate for his clients. Mr. Milton also recognizes the importance of each case to the people involved, and takes care to pay close attention to each of his clients.
In parallel to his unwavering concern for representing the best interests of his clients, Mr. Milton demonstrates a commitment to the legal profession. He is an active member of several key legal associations, including The Florida Bar and the Florida Justice Association.
