Aaron Sprague

Attorney Aaron SpragueMr. Sprague earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University in 1999. He then attended University of Michigan Law School, earning a Juris Doctor in 2002. After graduating from law school, Mr. Sprague joined the firm of Coker, Myers, Schickel, Sorenson and Daniel as an associate attorney. During this time, Mr. Sprague represented plaintiffs in a wide variety of personal injury and wrongful death claims. In 2008, Mr. Sprague took a position as an Assistant Attorney General with the Oregon Department of Justice. During his time at the Oregon Department of Justice, Mr. Sprague represented the State of Oregon in civil cases brought against the state, its agencies and employees in state and federal court. Mr. Sprague rejoined the firm of Coker, Schickel Sorenson and Posgay in September 2011. His practice focuses on automobile negligence, premises liability, wrongful death, and civil rights cases.

Mr. Sprague is a successful litigator. He has proven track record representing clients in all phases of the litigation process from pre-suit demands through mediation and trial and beyond. Mr. Sprague has tried several cases to juries in both state and federal court and has consistently obtained good results for his clients.
